Buffalo Urban Mission Partnership (BUMP) provides a uniquely immersive 1-year program for young adults, equipping, training, and launching them into lifelong Kingdom work. BUMP welcomes young adults who are discerning how to be meaningfully engaged in the world and utilizes their strength and passion to serve at a local non-profit, development organization, or congregation.

SERVE in Buffalo through paid ministry placements and additional volunteer hours.

TRAIN in ministry through weekly classes, church participation, mentoring, and retreats.

LIVE in community at the Rectory with other young adults serving/working in Buffalo.

BUMP seeks young adults in their 20s who desire to develop spiritually, personally, and professionally as servant leaders within God’s redemptive mission to the whole world.  Ideally, candidates will have at least a two-year college degree, but this isn’t mandatory.  Members will live in community with other young adults throughout their BUMP service.  We welcome a diverse range of individuals, candidates from Western New York as well as candidates who are willing to relocate and immerse themselves in Buffalo.  BUMP serves as a critical year of discernment, helping graduates move into a life and ministry that is more fully aligned with their unique and God-given purpose. Apply Today!
