School Band & Lesson Program Includes Homeschool Students

The Genesee Country Christian School is pleased to announce this school year (2024-2025) it will be welcoming homeschool students to participate in its band and lesson program. Under the direction of Dave Tripiciano, an experienced, award winning music and band director, students in grades 4-12 will have the opportunity to take band lessons and play in the school band at Christmas concerts, Spring concerts, and a Memorial Day parade, as well as the opportunity to participate in NYSSMA (although homeschoolers cannot qualify for All County or All State). Lessons include all band instruments, drums, violin, guitar, bass guitar, and keyboard. 

*Other part-time classes available including art, music, and PE.

Membership in LEAH is through a local chapter. A LEAH Chapter typically provides opportunities to meet with experienced home educators, field trips, athletic activities, and various other events.
