LONG ISLAND EVENTS APRIL 21-22!

Homeschool New York is hosting two special events on Long Island this April 21-22!

PARENTS: Join us at Gospel Community Church in Sayville on Friday, 4/21 and Saturday, 4/22 from 9:30am to 4:30pm. Sessions include getting started homeschooling, curriculum reviews, simple ways to teach younger children, homeschooling through high school, college prep, extracurricular activities, and more! Friday will feature a used curriculum sale and bagel brunch! We also have the opportunity to bring Disciplined Financial Management if enough folks are interested in learning how to train their children in personal finance (please indicate interest on the registration form)!

TEENS: Join us at the nearby West Sayville Reformed Church on Friday, 4/21 and Saturday, 4/22 from 9am to 5pm for “iNegotiate – International Diplomacy and Human Rights,” a simulation experience by HSLDA’s Generation Joshua! “Gen J” aims to assist parents in raising up the next generation of Christian leaders and citizens, equipped to positively influence the political processes of today and tomorrow.
