So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what He has promised.
Hebrews 10:35-36
Sometimes the day-to-day work of training and teaching our children can be so demanding and draining that we may lose sight of the bigger picture, and therefore we get discouraged and weary in the home education journey.
What will infuse us with a fresh boost of energy and enthusiasm for the joy of discipling our children? You might think a lazy day with a long nap or a day without housework and schoolwork would be nice. Those things can help, but they only offer temporary relief. What is truly most helpful is to be reminded that we are running a race with a great prize at the end.
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children walk in truth. (3 John 1:4)
The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him. (Proverbs 20:7)
For whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7)
And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. (Galatians 6:9)

Give me success this day, Lord. (Genesis 24:12)
