Creative Opportunities for Homeschool Students

Homeschool education provides flexibility for students to explore their interests, build life skills, and discover their gifts. Family Life is excited to offer several creative opportunities designed especially with families and young people in mind!

Live Theatre – The Music Man Jr.

Family Life has an annual youth theatre production. Students can audition and be part of the performance, or come to one of the shows to see storytelling, music, and performance come together in a meaningful and memorable way.  Every performance ends with a Gospel presentation that ties into the story and ensures that everyone has the opportunity to hear about Jesus! This year’s upcoming production is The Music Man Jr. which is a beloved and heartwarming story that the entire family can enjoy.

Summer Skill Building – Youth Theatre Workshops

Every summer, Family Life has dedicated summer staff who bring Youth Theatre Workshops to locations all across our listening area. These workshops provide hands-on training where students can grow in confidence, public speaking, and performance skills. Most importantly, these are also a ministry opportunity and students hear every day about the love of God.

Kids Corner – Faith Filled Audio Adventures

Finding engaging, faith-based content that children genuinely enjoy can sometimes be a challenge. Kids Corner is designed to meet that need by providing fun, meaningful audio programs that attract the ear and help children grow in their understanding of God and His love for them.

Through creative storytelling, relatable conversations, and biblical truth, Kids Corner encourages kids to think about how their faith connects to everyday life. The program is a wonderful tool families can use during car rides, quiet time, or as part of their homeschool day. The page also features coloring pages and a Kids Corner Podcast!
