In order to conform to the Rochester Riverside Convention Center and NYS LEAH policies and to provide the fairness of uniform operation, the applicant Exhibitor and/or Advertiser must understand and comply with the following:
1. Exhibitors are responsible for the contents of their booth during the Exhibit Hall hours of operation.
2. NYS LEAH does not require that Exhibitors and/or Advertisers subscribe to our Statement of Faith, but it does require that Exhibitors and/or Advertisers do not have materials, etc. that would conflict with it. Exhibitors and/or Advertisers will be required to remove any material not consistent with NYS LEAH's Statement of Faith at the discretion of NYS LEAH.
No fees will be refunded under these circumstances. All decisions by NYS LEAH are final.
3. Materials/displays must stay within the confines of the 10' x 10' booth.
4. Each Exhibitor can represent only his/her own company per booth. Special written requests for a variance must be made to NYS LEAH.
5. NYS LEAH cannot guarantee the number of convention attendees, customer, or sales volume.
7. NYS LEAH cannot guarantee Exhibitors against loss or damage of any kind. NSY LEAH shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur to the Exhibitor's employees, volunteers, or property from any cause whatsoever prior, during, or after the convention.
8. All fees must be paid in FULL prior to the convention.
9. Take down time Saturday is from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. A penalty of $100/hour may be assessed for late take-down. All boxes must be broken down before leaving.
The final decision as to whether or not you are accepted as a vendor rests with the Vendor Review Committee. If they do not have adequate information about your company, they will choose an alternate company. If accepted, you will be notified by mail or e-mail.
