2008 NYS LEAH Commencement Ceremony

If you have a senior that will graduate in 2008, and they want to participate in the NYS LEAH Commencement Ceremony, you need to request a registration packet soon!
By January 15, 2008: Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to receive a registration packet:

Your completed registration must be postmarked by
January 31, 2008.
There will be a $15.00 late fee for registrations not postmarked by the deadline. NO registrations will be accepted after February 15, 2008.
You must be a current member of a local LEAH chapter, and have been a LEAH member for at least 2 years prior in order to participate. If you do not meet this requirement, then you may send a written appeal for a variance to Holly Phillips by January 15, 2008. Include a SASE for the variance reply.
